Seller

Products and prices

Prices are in euros. Shipping is shown before payment. Items are printed to order by our print partner in Europe. Colours may differ slightly between screen and print.

Ordering and payment

An order is accepted once payment has been received. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Delivery

Items are produced in 2–5 business days and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. We email you when your parcel is on its way.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the item. To do so, email tuletorn@krgn.ee. You pay the cost of returning the item. We refund your payment, including the original shipping, within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Faulty items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, send us a photo and your order number within 2 months, and we will replace it or refund you. Your statutory right to claim for defects lasts 2 years.

Disputes

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
